Well today was a new one for me .In the 16 years I have been doing this I have never seen anything like this. The home we worked on today was built in 1992 and the home owner has only lived there for a year and his sewer has backed up 3 times in that year. One of our techs came out to camera and Jett the sewer line yesterday and found a yellowish mass in the line about 5-10 ft long. We decided that the floor in the basement had to be jackhammered up to access the line. First thing this morning a crew of 5 plumbers and labors busted up the floor and dug up the sewer line. Well to our surprise it was not what we thought someone at some point in time had poured flooring adhesive down the drain, almost 5 gallons. It ran threw the line and set up in the bottom of the line. With lots of persistence and patience we where able to pull out almost all the "glue" that stretched from the basement threw turns to the main line. Good work men !

A client in Escondido had a leak on their main water line. Normally we would have to jackhammer the driveway to access the line. Alex found a less destructive way to fix the leak. He rerouted the main water line through the garage.
