(i.e. I want to feel more creative; I want to live longer; I want to have more energy for my family!) 3. Start small, take it one step at a time. Instead of making it something you do everyday, make it a once a week thing or a once month thing, until it becomes an easy part of who you are. 4. Buddy system: accountability with others builds support and morale. 5. Write it down, visualize your success. Really allow your imagination to get into it to help you become what you want. 6. Be sure to congratulate yourself after small achievements!! You did IT! 7. Take setbacks in stride and recommit to your goal. Everything gets easier over time. 8. HAVE FUN!!!!
