Since our inception, we have specialized in the production, extraction, purification, and manufacturing of naturally-occurring carotenoids in marigold flowers and chili peppers. Based in Celaya, Mexico, we have over 40 years of experience processing marigold carotenoids and pigments. Since 1959, Piveg has specialized in the harvest and production of marigold flowers into carotenoids to supply pigmentation to the poultry industry. Unlike our competitors, we are totally vertically integrated and control the entire production process from seed to concentrate. Because of this unique advantage, orders are made to fit the customer’s desired specifications in terms of ingredients, forms, sizes, and packaging.
In addition, we maintain the largest production capacity in the nutraceutical industry. We currently have four factories in Mexico and Peru and distributors in Asia, Europe, and North and South America. Our production facilities operate year round to deliver products locally and overseas. Our in-house R&D, quality control, and quality assurance departments work on continuous improvements to processes and products.
