奇華餅家開業之初,只是油麻地上海街一家小型糖果雜貨店。在創辦人黃業榮先生和員工的努力下,奇華餅家逐步多元化,相繼推出嫁喜禮餅、中秋月餅和麵飽西餅,時令食品,及家鄉小食等。現在奇華餅家已成為一個迎合潮流時尚和享譽中外的餅食企業品牌。 Kee Wah Bakery first started as a small neighbourhood grocery store on Shanghai Street in Yau Ma Tei. With the hard work of its founder, Mr. Wong Yip Wing, and his workers, the business began to grow in size and scale, while expanding its products to bridal cakes, mooncakes, bread and pastries, seasonal snacks, and other local Chinese favourites. In the past seven decades, Kee Wah Bakery has evolved with the changing market while staying true to its heritage and traditions, and has now become a globally renowned traditional Chinese bakery brand.
