River Oaks Townhouses Co-Operative
River Oaks Towne Houses Cooperative offers 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom townhouses to potential members that meet our eligibility criteria. A resale price is charged one time upon becoming a member of the cooperative. Monthly housing charges include the corporation mortgage, general operating expenses, maintenance and equipment, real estate taxes, cash reserve funding, and management. Exterior services include structural repairs, lawn care, snow, trash removal, as well as outside painting. Major interior repairs include maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems and appliance replacements. Maintenance, repair and replacement of major appliances are included as specific in the cooperative documents. Amenities are a community swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, dog park, refrigerator, gas stove, and gas forced air furnace. Member-Owners elect a Board of Directors annually that has the full authority to make all policy decisions.
