The property is surrounded today on all 3 sides by a black wrought iron fence, carefully maintained by the association.

This fence is part of the original property where the Thomas Sperry mansion once stood in all it's mighty grandeur.

The mansion burned down in 1912 (and Thomas Sperry died in 1913) but the fence and some of the grounds are still in existence today.
