Owner and Founder David Alwan was co-owner of Alwan & Sons Meat Company in Peoria, Illinois. But in the late 1990’s, Dave had a vision to put his own branding on the market share in the wholesale meat industry. In November 1998, he and his family began their own company, Echo Valley Meats. Along with his hold on the industry, Dave has truly mastered the meat industry, from retail to wholesale and beyond, providing world-class gourmet products for all to enjoy.
