Remembering the loss our country suffered and thankful for all our 1st responders.

Fun Fact Friday: More than fun, but more about information for those seeking places in Cabarrus County due to evacuations. Our Cabarrus County Visitor Center puts out a great book of information and here is hotel listing with highlights of ones that take pets. Also, I know Holiday Inn and area holiday family hotels chose to allow pets temporarily. Rock City campground is open for evacuees. Please stop in tomorrow and we can give you one of these great books! #whereracinglives

Fun Fact Friday: The Cabarrus County Fair is celebrating 65 years*. Wha's your favorite part of the fair? Don't forget to pre-buy discounted tickets and ride wristbands. (*There were other fairs well before that, but the consecutive years of the fair in the style it is today hits this celebratory mark.)
