People come to CVAB to build confidence, self-esteem, self-worth and be proactive in their mental health recovery and personal wellness.
The heart of our agency is peer to peer support and we provide it through regularly scheduled activities and readily accessible peer support. CVAB is a complement to the mental health and crisis system and the services are offered free of pressure, hassles and time limits; it is also free of charge.
CVAB is building a better community by providing support and advocacy for individual mental health recovery and promoting personal wellness. CVAB is committed to enhancing personal self-determination and is the community resource for wellness and recovery through a mental health Self-Help Recovery Center, Warm Line and Clubhouse Employment program.
CVAB is a nonprofit organization in Vancouver, WA directed, managed, staffed and supported through the collaborative efforts of individuals identifying as having participated in mental health services and those who have not.
