After getting a botched brow waxing in the mid-90s, SHE SHE owner Susan Byrum made it her mission in life to promote plucking, polishing and pampering excellence - and to save others from looking like Spock from Star Trek. (Unless that's your thing, then she's totally down with it.) Susan started out in the glam and pamper industry as a massage therapist, then secured her manicuring and aesthetics licenses to learn how to spoil people silly from head to toe. After experiencing the local nail and waxing scene, Susan was left feeling a bit calloused, chipped and a little grossed out. So, she decided to open SHE SHE, where Susan and her dream team of top-notch professionals pride themselves on not being another wham-bam-thank-you-maam impersonal nail shop. Dedicated to making beauty and relaxation services enjoyable, clean and accessible to the masses, Susan opened SHE SHE in July 2008 with a firm conviction that we could all use a bit of polish ... and everyone deserves to get good and plucked.
