Deutsche Roofing Systems was founded in 2007 by Firman Mast, a 12 year roofing systems veteran. Flat or Low Slope Roofs
 
Flat or Low Slope Roofs require specialized materials or membranes to ensure that they are leak proof.  We look at the building design and determine which system will provide the optimum system that balances performance and cost.  We can offer a variety of solutions including fully welded PVC or TPO membranes. These are available in a variety of thicknesses and can include tear resistant reinforcement.  Additionally curbs and protrusions and be customized and form fitted and pre fabricated to ensure water tightness.  If a DuroLast system is used our installers are factory certified and this system includes a Third Party inspection and scoring of installation quality.  Our team typically receives the highest installation scores for our work.  This ultimately leads to a 15 year No Dollar Limit warranty – meaning that if the roof leaks there is no dollar limit for the warranty coverage of roof system OR the contents of the building.  This is the leading warranty in the business.  We can also offer a lower cost TPO system where budget constraints are present.
 
Commercial Roofs
 
Typically flat or low slope roofs have HVAC equipment mounted on the deck.  These are particularly important areas to waterproof in the roofing system .  We utilized custom formed curbs around the footprint of the mounting frame.  The curbs are permanently welded to the roofing membrane and form a watertight barrier.  The curb system can be customized for all sizes and dimensions of protrusions.  Custom curbs are also used for vent stacks and other roof penetrations.
 
Agricultural Roofs
 
We secure insulation panels that conform to the raised ridges on steel roofing panels.  It fits similar to nesting spoons together. Once the roof is covered with insulation we install the watertight membrane over the entire surface.  This system increases both the insulation factor and waterproof of the roof.
