SWRE’s Facebook Page is NOT monitored 24 hours day. Any member service issues that need immediate attention, such as power outages, should not be posted on Facebook because we cannot guarantee a timely response.

Please report power outages by calling SWRE's Outage Hotline at 1-833-590-0353 or in the SmartHub Mobile app. Both the hotline and app are available to members 24/7 and outages reported on either are seen by our crews immediately. Downed power lines or emergency? Please call us directly at 1-800-256-7973 and let us know your situation. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.

Any specific questions about your SWRE account or your power bill should be handled in person at the SWRE office, 700 North Broadway, Tipton, OK, or by phone at 1-800-256-7973 during regular business hours.

SWRE reserves the right to screen posts and to remove any post that we feel is inappropriate, rude or offensive, or any negative feedback that is presented without constructive criticism. We will delete comments that contain vulgar language or personal attacks of any kind.

We reserve the right to remove any unsolicited advertising and comments that include links to other sites, are clearly off-topic, advocate illegal activity, promote particular services, products or political organizations, or infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Those who repeatedly post inappropriate content will be blocked from commenting on the page.
