Please report power outages by calling SWRE's Outage Hotline at 1-833-590-0353 or in the SmartHub Mobile app. Both the hotline and app are available to members 24/7 and outages reported on either are seen by our crews immediately. Downed power lines or emergency? Please call us directly at 1-800-256-7973 and let us know your situation. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.
Any specific questions about your SWRE account or your power bill should be handled in person at the SWRE office, 700 North Broadway, Tipton, OK, or by phone at 1-800-256-7973 during regular business hours.
