Guidelines for posting on the WHAS11 News Facebook Wall:
Before posting on the wall please review the following guidelines from Facebook and WHAS11.

Facebook guidelines:
1) You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial
communications (such as spam) on Facebook.
2) You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid
scheme, on Facebook.
3) You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
4) You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
5) You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites
violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
6) You will not use Facebook to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or
discriminatory.

By sharing a video/photo with us in a Facebook post, comment or message, you agree that:
- You own the video/photo
- TEGNA can use it on all platforms (TV, digital, social)
- TEGNA can use it in news coverage, programming and promotions
- TEGNA can share it with other content partners
- This license is worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable

WHAS11 Guidelines
1) Keep your language clean and appropriate for all audiences
2) Be mindful of others opinions and stay on topic
3) Be truthful and transparent
4) Do not post any personal identifying information
5) If you feel a comment or post violates any of the terms above report the comments as Abuse using the ‘Report as Abuse’ Facebook tool

Any comment in violation of above guidelines may result in the removal of your comments and a ban from the WHAS11 News Facebook page.

Your contributed content may be posted on our website, appear in our applications or be broadcast on our station.
