Sherburne Commons is able to offer care for older or in-need family members who may wish to vacation with you on Nantucket but are unsure of how to obtain care. Our Summer Respite Program can be a great answer to families who want to enjoy a Nantucket vacation but don’t want to leave family members alone back home.
We offer several accessible one and two bedroom apartments with the convenience of daily meal service, ease of mobility without stairs, the safety of an accessible shower and the security of knowing that your loved one is benefiting from the watchful care of our resident care staff.

One and two bedroom furnished respite apartments available - $225/day or $1,500 per week
Fee includes 3 meals a day, 1 hour of light homemaking or care services, transportation and scheduled activities. Medication management and limited medication management are available from our full time, licensed, on-site Resident Care Director and staff.
