Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers for Posting Material on The Malvern School’s Facebook Fan Page

The Malvern School does not endorse any view expressed, nor have any control over what is posted. The Malvern School does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of postings appearing on the fan page. You agree that your use of information appearing on the fan page is at your own risk, including any reliance on the completeness, exactness, or usefulness of the information. By viewing and/or posting on The Malvern School's Facebook fan page, you agree that any and all liability arising from your use is your sole responsibility. The Malvern School expressly disclaims any liability for any damage or loss that may arise from relying upon or using information contained in any postings, including, but not limited to, omissions, errors, or misrepresentations.

The Malvern School reserves the right to modify or to remove any postings or portions of postings or to block any individuals in its sole discretion and at any time without notice, regardless of whether those postings violate these terms or are otherwise objectionable.

You acknowledge that any material you post on the fan page will be publicly available. As such, you agree that all material you submit will comply with these requirements and you further agree not to use the fan page to:

1. Interfere with or disrupt the fan page, or disobey any procedures, policies, requirements, or regulations of networks connected to the site;
2. Post material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
3. Post any content that you do not have a right to under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationship including inside information, proprietary or confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements; Violate any local, state, national, or international law, whether or not intentionally;
4. Harm or threaten to harm, harass or "stalk" other persons or entities in any way; Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any posting;
5. Post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation;
6. Disseminate or transmit any material that infringes or violates any party's intellectual property, including, but not limited to, using third party copyrighted materials, third party trademarks or using or distributing third party information without appropriate permission;
7. Collect or store personal data about other users or engage in any activities that would violate the personal privacy rights of others, including but not limited to, collecting and distributing information about Internet or Facebook users without their permission, except as permitted by applicable law;
8. Disseminate any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to destroy, interrupt,or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
