Family Pathways works with communities to develop supportive, caring relationships ensuring people get the help they need to meet their basic needs. This is done by offering a safety-net of essential services in East Central Minnesota and Polk County, Wisconsin.
Together with volunteers, donors, business partners, and the community at large, we give our neighbors the hope and stability they need.
Family Pathways service area is home to 225,500 people. Volunteers and staff served 22,881 people last year or 10% of our total population.
