The Connecticut Fair Housing Center investigates claims of housing discrimination and assists homeowners facing foreclosure.
In addition, the Center provides fair housing training to low-income households, to social service and housing agencies, and to housing providers — including (but not limited to) real estate agents, housing managers and maintenance staff, condominium associations, and cooperatives. We also offer free foreclosure prevention clinics across the state.
Finally, we investigate and research systemic fair housing issues in Connecticut's housing markets and advocate for policies that will promote equal access to housing for all people.
