We will allow:

Criticism of people who are subjects of stories.
Opinions that can ignite fireworks of counter and other opinions.

Users who make repeated violations of our discussion policy will be banned from commenting on our Facebook page. Minor violators may receive either a direct or indirect warning. More severe violators may be banned without prior warning.
