Historical Preservation Knowledge We feel fortunate to work in communities that appreciate our commitment to historical preservation. Our knowledge of building methods from the 1700’s to today have proved invaluable on several projects such as Registered Historical Sites with Historic Society oversight. We have also been granted permits by the NYSDEC to work in and around sensitive areas and have partnered with abatement contractors to safely remove lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials.
Personal Service Peak Construction primarily serves clients in Dutchess, Putnam, Orange and Westchester counties. Our 4,000 square foot main office in Fishkill, NY, was built by us and houses our offices, warehouse and shop. We also have a satellite office in Katonah, NY, to support our Westchester clients.
