Our pricing is based on a flat rate after diagnosis model. Basically, when you drop your computer off we will check it in to the system. Once we know what the problem is, we can figure out what category the repair falls into and call you with an estimate. Most things fall into the flat rates of $99, $129, or $149. Sometimes if you want us to do other non-related services we can bill at a standard hourly rate. Again, this is estimated before the service is done. If you decide no to have the repair done, maybe the cost of the needed parts is too high or you want to get a new computer anyway, we will only charge a standard diagnostic fee of $39 plus any parts you may have authorized. However, normally this is not needed as most people get their computer repaired!
