Our company was founded in May, 1950 by James W. Ridgway in Frankfort. Jim began his heating career in Lafayette in 1938, prior to serving in the Navy during World War II. Over the years we have provided heating and air conditioning design, installation, preventive maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial customers in north central Indiana. Today, our office is operated by company president Randy Ridgway. Randy is a lifelong resident of Frankfort and has over 35 years of experience. He is a mechanical engineering graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and has been a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana since 1981. We are a Factory Authorized Dealer for Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems and have been recognized as a Bryant Premier Dealership for outstanding performance and customer service. We are also certified by the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) program.
