We offer both wet and dry moorage based on a month-to-month contract. Our 10 wet slips are perfect for larger yachts and sailboats, while our dry storage is reserved for boats under 38'. Dry storage availability depends on the height of your boat, and each boat must have a beam of at least 8'. Our tenants are provided with one launch per day; with each haul-out, the boat receives a pump-out (if requested), and a fresh-water flush and a good pressure-washing and soapy scrub below the rub rail. We have a total of 6 outdoor bunks for our tenants' use - 2 on the washpad, when you're working with liquids, and 4 workracks, which can be used for any work that does not involve liquids.
