Children's Primary Care Medical Group (CPCMG) is one of the largest pediatric medical groups in California, with more than 140 physicians located in 29 practice sites throughout San Diego County and Riverside County. The Medical Group was formed in 1995 by local Pediatricians who had been established in the community for over twenty years. We, the physicians, along with our management team from Rady Children's Physician Management Services are committed to providing high quality health care to all the patients and families we serve.
