The purpose of the Foundation is to acquire and distribute financial and other resources to the Students of Westchester Public Schools and Westchester Public Schools District 921/2 which extend and enhance the quality of education and provide students with expanded learning opportunities. The corporation is organized solely for educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3.
Founding board members include Sucada Bell, Kristen Lasky, Eric Schmidt, Angela Smith, and Jim Soulides.
