Le Grand Confectionary offers its distinctive dome-shaped truffles in 26 delicious flavors and two sizes: Petite-size and Grand-sized. Special seasonal flavors are also available for you to savor during the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons. Inspired to create the perfect confection, chocolatier Jack Shaw, began testing and creating small-batch artisan truffles. His chocolate adventure inspired the beginning of Le Grand Confectionary in Sacramento, California. Just like truffles made in Paris, our classic truffles include tradtional ingredients; dairy cream, real butter, quality chocolate and the finest flavorings and liquors. Every classic truffle is artfully hand-decorated by our chocolatiers.
