About Fellowship Hall
Fellowship Hall is a 99-bed, private, not-for-profit alcohol and drug treatment center located on 120 bucolic acres in Greensboro, NC. We provide treatment and evidenced-based programs based on abstinence and the Twelve Step model of recovery. We have been accredited by The Joint Commission since 1974 as a specialty hospital and are a member of the National Association of Addiction Providers. We are committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to every individual we serve. We believe there is no substitute for integrity, honesty, dependability, quality, responsibility, attitude and service; we apply these values in our relationships with guests, staff, and our community.

Our Programs Set Us Apart
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of treatment options and evidence-based care to assist guests and families suffering from Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Disorders. Our staff offers decades of experience and a unique perspective; we understand recovery. Our treatment is holistic, focused on stabilization, education, and development of a support network to maintain recovery.

Our Campus
Our campus includes exclusive amenities designed to support and encourage recovery.
Our Meditation Trail is a tranquil three-quarter-mile wooded trail with twelve gardens, each corresponding to one of the Twelve Steps. In addition, we have several smaller gardens and outdoor sitting areas where guests can relax and reflect.

Our Outpatient Center houses a gymnasium with full-sized basketball court. Here guests also participate in cardio activities like aerobics and kick boxing, and practice mindfulness and meditation with yoga classes. In addition, we have an exercise room with free weights, treadmills, and elliptical machines. Guests also have access to an outdoor basketball court, horseshoes, and shuffle board.

Our main building contains our cafeteria, men’s lodging and medical, therapy, and administrative offices. The Outpatient Center houses the Family Program and outpatient services, and the Extended Treatment and Women’s programs are housed in our two treatment lodges.
