Dr. Russell K. Davis has focused on chiropractic wellness, injury prevention and rehabilitation for nearly a decade. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport, IA. While earning his degree at Palmer Dr. Davis taught active and passive care Physiotherapy classes for the department of sports injury and rehabilitation. He also served as the certified athletic trainer for men's ice hockey and soccer. Dr. Davis was selected to travel to Katmandu, Nepal to work side by side with medical and chiropractic experts from all over the world to provide chiropractic health care to the poor and under served people of of the region. Dr. Davis holds post graduate certifications in athletic training, strength and conditioning and whiplash trauma, and has attended numerous seminars in rehabilitation, orthopedics, chiropractic research and technique, neurology, radiology, nutrition, pediatrics and pain management. He is currently working toward diplomate status in pain management and post graduate certification in nutrition and pediatric care. He is a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, American College of Sports Medicine, International Chiropractic Association, Havelock Chamber of Commerce, Havelock Civitans and the Former Athletics Association of Appalachian State University.
