A patron must present a current El Progreso Memorial Library borrower's card in order to check out materials. To obtain a library card, a patron must be 6 years of age or older and must complete the Application for Borrower's Privileges. Proof of residency in Texas is required. A Texas Driver's License or other ID shall be requested at the time of registration.

If you forgot your card, show us your ID. Children and teens under 18 must have parental permission to use the internet, so your card is a must.!
