ABOUT US: In 2006, Scott and Eve Ross began caring for Eve's disabled mother at home. At the same time, Scott, a licensed residential contractor in Jacksonville since 1998, was in the midst of building 39 custom accessible homes in an assisted living community. Scott became a "Certified Aging in Place Specialist" as designated by the NAHB. Through these personal and professional experiences, the idea for Home Sweet Accessible Home was born. Eve and Scott now enjoy sharing their passion for the latest products, design ideas and remodeling techniques for home accessibility with the Jacksonville, South Georgia and Palm Coast areas.
