Baking Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: PIE DAY. Wednesday: Whoopie Pies, Gluten Free Items, cookies & brownies, cakes. Delivery days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
Pie Freezing and thawing instructions: Freeze pie up to 3 months. Remove from freezer and unwrap. Thaw at room temperature (about 4 hours). To re-crisp crust, place in 375 degree oven 5-8 minutes. Enjoy within 10 days of thawing.
