We use the Stoddard solvent method of dry cleaning which allows us to give you the finest dry cleaning available on almost any garment. Each garment is pre-spotted individually before it is cleaned and checked over after it is cleaned again for spotting. All of our dryers are temperature controlled so that shrinkage is not a concern. If our spotters or pressers have any questions or concerns regarding your garments you will be contacted immediately by our professional staff to discuss possible solutions. There will be NO SURPRISES when you receive your garments. If there is a problem, we will let you know right away.
Wedding Dress Preservation
Each dress is done on an individual basis –pre-spotted, cleaned and air-dried to preserve all sequins and beads. All wedding dresses are 'hand pressed' for the best finish possible. Once the cleaning is complete, your dress is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, mounted on a form, and put in a 'picture window' sealed box for years to come. There is a cover provided for the 'picture window' to prevent it from being damaged while in storage. An additional box is provided to insure the safety and preservation of your wedding dress. In addition, you may give us any other mementos that you would like to save, and we will preserve it in the box with your dress, such as the veil, train or husband.
Shirts & Laudry Services
Every morning you start your day correctly by taking out a crisp, professionally pressed shirt, compliments of Lake Mills Cleaners. You can have your dress shirts folded or on a hanger. No-starch, Medium Starch or Heavy Starch-NO PROBLEM! Machine pressed or hand pressed-you tell us. Your shirts will be laundered and pressed the way YOU want them.
We don't just launder clothes either. Need your table linens cleaned after the holidays? We can help. Table cloths and napkins done to perfection. You can have them rolled, hung, or folded. We will provide starch or no-starch; you tell us what you need. Regular laundry done, with flat work finished; under garments, socks and towels all folded. You tell us, and we'll do it YOUR WAY.
