We specialize in the painting of Homeowners Associations, Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties throughout the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. With over 25 years of experience and as an active member of CAI (Community Associations Institute), we are committed to providing excellent service to our existing clients, while building long lasting relationships with new clients, communities and managers.

Through pro-active planning by our management team, our projects are completed at or below budget, and on or ahead of schedule. We perform 100% of the preparation and painting with our own work force, thus assuring our clients that the scope of work in the contract will be completed in a timely manner and to highest standards of the industry. We maintain a fully-staffed Paint Division that specializes in HOA painting, PUD Painting, Commercial Buildings that also serves the General Public.

On-site management is our main focus. Communication with the individual homeowners, alleviating their concerns, resolving their issues and mitigating their problems are essential steps in achieving a successful painting project.
