How early should I arrive? A minimum of 10 minutes is ideal for each visit, will allow you time to change, relax, and consult with your service provider.
Do I have to totally disrobe for my spa treatment? It is up to you. Our estheticians are trained to drape towels and sheets to maintain your privacy, however undergarments may be worn.
Should I wear make up to the spa? It isn’t necessary. Some services such as facials and make up applications, require that make up be removed.
What do I do with my valuables? Although lockers are available to our guests, we recommend that you avoid bringing your valuables.
Can I bring my child with me during my service? We do not recommend children accompany you for any service, no matter how brief. This would be disrespectful to those guests who arranged for childcare and have come to relax. There are also safety issues including products and chemicals, hot liquids and towels, sharp instruments, lasers and glass.
Why am I asked to turn off my cell phone at the spa? While you may wish to remain connected to the outside world by having your technology with you, it is disruptive to other guests seeking a quiet environment. The sound of a cell phone ringing or someone speaking on their phone can jolt them out of their quiet meditation. Out of respect for others and to ensure you have the most enjoyable spa experience, most spas will request you turn off cell phones and pagers for the duration of your visit.
Should I leave gratuity/tipping for my esthetician / RN? Your spa treatment fees do not include gratuities. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. Please leave any gratuities at the reception desk when checking out. Tipping envelopes for cash gratuities are provided at the front desk or you may add gratuity onto your credit card. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.
