A Touch of Wellness has built a reputation for healing, integrity and skilled care, over many years in 3 locations. I've studied a wide range of massage and manual therapies, movement & exercise, the therapeutic use of essential oils and mind-body healing, I believe that all things have a place and serve a purpose, including those circumstances we don't like. We can always, if we choose, use them to our advantage.
The natural outcome of my lengthy professional life is my own unique approach to massage and bodywork, with an understanding of each client's individual process of change and healing.
