Good News United Methodist Church

At Good News United Methodist Church, our vision is to Know God, Love God, Serve God, experiencing the light of Jesus Christ in a vibrant, accepting, caring, and giving church. We do this remembering that our purpose is to simply reflect God's love. We hope to achieve this by showing people Jesus Christ, helping all grow more like Him through worship, missions, service, fellowship, love, and prayer.

But Good News is much more than our two Sunday morning worship services. In fact, you're bound to see just as many cars here on a Wednesday afternoon as on a Sunday morning. With Adult Bible studies, after school programs, our Wednesday Dinner (5:15 pm), Wednesday evening Bible studies (6:00 pm), Wednesday morning Women's Ecumenical Bible Study and community outreach ministries like Food for Thought and Caring and Sharing. In addition, our church is constantly offering opportunities to be a community center (like Joy Club for children on Wednesday afternoons, Good News Dojo Martial Arts classes, Beginnings Preschool and more). In all of these activities the Good News of the Gospel is taught and lived out. We are excited to live out our vision and mission as a vibrant part of the Santa Rosa Beach community.
