Our pizza place has family owned and operated for over 40 years with our variety of delicious pizzas and Italian Specialities.
Our restaurant serves an array of Northern and Southern Italian Cuisine. With a talent for making delicious pizzas and food Felice Lupo opened Astro Pizza in 1971. The restaurant has since moved a few doors down Main Street, but remains one of the oldest pizza places on the East End.
All pies are made on the original pizza stones and in the original ovens purchased by Felice more than 40 years ago. Still owned and operated by the Lupos, Astro is a family business in the truest sense. Now the business is run my Felice's eldest daughter, Alda Stipanov and brother Tony Lupo. Also Alda's husband, Nado has taken a big part into running Astro's and Felices. Every summer cousins (the Stipanov sons Anthony, Felice and Alex and Lupo sons, Gianfelice and Joey) join the family and make their way back to Amagansett keep the lights on until 4 every weekend from Memorial Day to Labor Day. And that's after working long lunch and/or dinner shifts. Stop by for a late night slice.
