Greater Hope Foundation is a nationally accredited non-profit organization founded in 2002 to provide culturally-respectful, family focused services in partnership with the community. Greater Hope Foundation comprises 10 programs in 3 different locations and serves over 1000 children and families each year through a continuum of care that includes mental health services, early childhood out-patient services, adoption, treatment foster care, supervised visitations, clinical and family support in homes and schools, and community counseling. The integration of these programs into the community has created a sustainable continuum of child and family services that are accessible and tailored to addressing a broad range of needs. Greater Hope Foundation strives to be a leader in best practices in the fields of mental health and family support services.
