$326M Colman Dock moves closer to construction start this summer - The old ferry terminal, dedicated in 1965, will be replaced with two buildings. The city has granted conditional approvals for the $326 million project to replace the aging Colman Dock. Minor shoreline and SEPA conditions were placed on the project at 801 Alaskan Way, which is a major component of the multi-billion dollar redevelopment of the downtown waterfront. Appeals are due by March 9 to the State Shoreline Hearings Board.

BergerABAM works with the City of Richland Government in creating a link the City needs.
Richland is in need of a link, connecting the patchwork of commerce, transportation, and access between two adjacent neighborhoods. Their solution? A concrete structure, connecting existing roadways, parks, and commerce on both sides of the Yakima River.

One of the top five worst bridges in the state has a date with the wrecking ball The timber and steel bridge carrying Old Highway 99 over the BNSF rail tracks has stood in Skagit County for 70 years, but has needed a number of temporary repairs to keep it open. The bridge is also structurally deficient and functionally obsolete, with a National Bridge Inventory System sufficiency rating of 3 out of 100 — making it one of the top five worst rated bridges in the state.
