The Iowa Coalition Against Domestic Violence (ICADV) is a state level nonprofit organization representing 21 victim service programs that provide direct assistance and resources to survivors of intimate partner violence. The Coalition provides advocacy training; legal services; counseling, educational and financial empowerment opportunities; emergency housing resources; and local, state and national policy to its network of service providers, community groups, and public/private organizations. The Coalition not only works with survivors of intimate partner violence but is committed to addressing the conditions and systems that perpetuate harm to help individuals build healthy relationships and achieve and maintain safety.
