Larry Bolt started Vinyl Services in July of 1985, in Walhalla South Carolina. This is a small rural area of the western upstate. Vinyl Services began by installing vinyl siding on existing homes in the local county when it first became available. Five years later they began installing seamless aluminum gutters, and added vinyl replacement windows soon afterwards. Over the years they have added "dry under deck" systems; composite decking; and complete deck replacement; vinyl, aluminum, and composite handrail systems; and screen porch systems. Vinyl Services began installing the Gutter Helmet protection system in 2004, and in 2013 have introduced the SunShade retractable awing. Larry is a licensed residential builder with the state of South Carolina, but focuses mostly on exterior projects.
Vinyl Services has always taken pride in providing high quality professional services to their clients. Larry always remembers words of advice his Dad gave when he learned Larry was starting business. He said "Son, your reputation is all you have, so you better keep it." Those simple words from a country dad have always stuck with Larry, and became his mantra. The are especially important when you live in a rural area where everyone knows you, and referrals are king of advertising.
Vinyl Services uses employees instead of subcontractors to serve their clients best. There are several long term employees, four with 20 plus years of service and dedication to the company and their clients. The company slogan is "For those who demand more".
