At the Animal Clinic, we seek to provide you with the best service available from a veterinary hospital. Our staff has more than 40 years combined medical and veterinary experience. Additionally, our small staff means personal service. Your pets are not just cared for—they’re cared about.

The clinic performs annual wellness exams and vaccinations as required. Individual vaccination programs are outlined for the pets according to their age, needs, and environmental exposure.


Surgeries are performed under sterile conditions with the latest equipment. Anesthesia is monitored continuously by staff and assisted appropriately with ECG, pulse oximeters, and breath monitors, as needed. Innovative post-operative recovery comfort techniques and the latest in pain management mean less emotional trauma during in-hospital stays. Special care is given to maintain a warm environment postoperatively, which speeds recovery and provides a more comfortable setting. To further reduce stress, we have separate recovery rooms for dogs and cats.

We have full radiographic capabilities as well as ultrasound by a specialist when needed. The laboratory facilities offer same day results and enable us to treat a condition at the time of diagnosis.

Dr. Hinko's 30-plus years of experience combined with our great long-term record of client satisfaction means that we have seen many of our clients' pets for their entire lives. This has given us extensive experience with geriatric pets.

Our comprehensive and unique geriatric health care and prevention strategies ensure that all the years with your pets are good ones. We have designed specialized geriatric examinations with attention to the special needs of these patients. Many clients have become caregivers at home with fluid administration as well as medical and nursing care.
