Initial Meeting: Our initial appointment is definitely the most important part of our process. It is during this meeting where we sit down and discuss all of the wants, needs, and expectations for your new home. Designing Your Solution: At this stage, we work side by side with our clients to design a solution that fits their housing needs. Our courteous, professional Home Consultants take time to walk clients through our inventory and also view our existing floor plans. In addition, to ensure accuracy, we take time to review all color options and any other choices that were made. **Remember, if we are unable to provide the exact floor plan that you are looking for, we can custom design your dream home.**

Site Visit: After we have designed the housing solution, we will schedule a site visit. At this time our project manager and team of seasoned excavation professionals will visit your property to discuss any possible home site needs. Our trusted professionals make sure that your home site meets all state and local building codes and requirements. During this visit we will also be able to identify any additional costs that could be incurred to make your home site "build ready."

Placing the Order: Once the design phase is over and we have visited the home site, we then turn to our trusted manufacturers to build the home. Clayton Homes are built indoors, in a weather and temperature controlled environment. All of our homes are built with name brand, top of the line products. We use brand names such as: LP Lumber, Frigidaire Appliances, Hunter Ceiling Fans, Shaw Carpet, etc. When the home is complete, it will be send to Clayton Homes of Cookeville. There it will be subject to the initial customer walk through. At that time, the customer and Home Consultant will look over the home to ensure that all quality control needs are met. From there we deliver the home to the home site.
