SOOOO much talk out there right now about the right way to swing and the wrong way. You learn you. Find out what works for you and what helps you become consistent. Coaches, different terminology works for different players. There are those out there who will listen to Mr. Gwynn talk here and go find images to prove he was contradicting himself. Save it! Men, he's teaching here. He is talking about how he approached it MENTALLY which allowed for him to be confident and consistent PHYSICALLY and what made him one of the best hitters of all time. Listen and learn from all the greats and their different approaches and ideas. Try them all. Don't knock them just because you may see things different, that's ignorance. It's okay for there to be different opinions and approaches to the mechanics of the game. There are so many because there is more than one way to do it. NONE of us know it all and if we stop listening to the different approaches out there, we are limiting our chances of succeeding as a player, coach and parent. Being coachable means asking questions and genuinely listening with an open mind. BE COACHABLE!! Baseball Dudes

Happy Fathers Day to all of our baseball dads and alumni. Thanks for all that you do. Enjoy your day with family!!
