I also remember my husband Don and I saying "What ARE we thinking?" and Jim, our Realtor re-assuring us with "If it doesn't work out I will sell it for you!" Turns out we did sell our first “second home” home so we could purchase our dream home to live here full time at the beach. We moved in 10 days after our youngest son graduated from high school and have never looked back and have not been disappointed!
