I have been personal training since 1989 and was the first class to be certified by ACE. I spent 10 years in the large health club setting before switching to a private studio, which I purchased in 2004.
At FITNESS By Design, we offer private/group personal training and Pilates Equipment work, and classes (Pilates,Yoga,and Strength Training) in an upscale, nurturing atmosphere. We are located in Central Des Moines near the Art Center.
Our second location in West Des Moines near 50th and EP True Pkwy offers Total Barre classes and Group Pilates Reformer classes, as well as private/duet Pilates Equipment sessions.
My team includes personal trainers, STOTT Pilates instructors, Yoga teachers and massage therapists- all of who do a tremendous job taking great care of our clients!
