Victory in the Valley, Inc. was founded in 1983 by cancer survivor Lois Thomi, after her successful treatment of an aggressive form of breast cancer. This non-profit organization, which began as a support group in the Thomi home, has now grown to become a state-wide comprehensive cancer support program, by adding needed service programs to benefit cancer patients and their families.
