BHcare was formed through a merger that united the resources of Birmingham Group Health Services and Harbor Health Services.

BHcare provides a comprehensive continuum of care including mental health, addiction and prevention and domestic violence services.

BHcare operates out of two primary locations:

Valley Offices: 435 East Main Street, Ansonia, CT 06401, (203) 736-2601

Shoreline Offices: 14 Sycamore Way, Branford, CT 06405, (203) 483-2630

BHcare employs nearly 300 people, covers a 40-town service area, and provides programs and services for more than 14,000 individuals and families.
