Branch offices are located in Las Vegas Nevada, Reno, Nevada and in St. George, Utah, allowing us to serve customers throughout the state of Nevada and southern Utah. Our Las Vegas technical staff consists of 9 field techs and 2 bench techs. Reno staff has 4 field techs and 1 bench tech and our St. George staff has 1 field tech. Most of our service technicians have attended both CFESA Training Classes as well as Manufacturer specific training. Each technician must have a refrigeration certificate prior to hiring and we insist all field technicians be working on a CFESA Certification. Hi Tech has 12 CFESA Certified Technicians in one or more areas of gas, steam, or electric and we have 5 CFESA Master Certified Technicians. In addition we are the only company in Nevada that can provide service by Certified Technicians. We strongly support out techs desire for continuing education and have had employees attend every training opportunity offered.
