With a 100-year old sourdough starter for our sourdough bread handed down by generations of San Francisco master bakers, we took a leap of faith. We were so excited there was a growing demand for our hearty breads. Since 1991, we have nurtured our unique sourdough bread recipe, beginning in a small 900 sq. ft. deli shop and growing to our current company as a wholesale bread supplier and grissini breadsticks wholesaler housed in a 20,000 sq. ft. facility. Our facility delivers thousands of freshly baked sourdough bread across the country. Customers demanded our famous grissini breadsticks, which catapulted our bread manufacturing as a wholesale bread supplier and thereby expanded our Premium Private Label Bread Program.
We crafted the art of bread making as a bread manufacturer in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we honed our skills, using only the highest quality ingredients available, with the understanding that great bread makes great meals.
