Carper will accept an official membership charter from NeighborWorks AmericaPresident and CEO Paul Weech during HDC MidAtlantic’s upcoming Faces of Affordable Housing Banquet April 26 at the Lancaster Marriott. HDC MidAtlantic received its membership into the NeighborWorks America organization in June of last year after an extensive vetting process. NeighborWorks America is a nationally recognized affiliation of more than 240 nonprofit organizations located in every state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
